Eran Goren President
Eran Goren was responsible for leading enCircle Media (currently U.S. Interactive Media) to overall strategy, vision and aggressive growth prior to its acquisition by U.S. International Media.
Prior to starting enCircle Media, he was CEO and Founder of sourceOut, Inc.'s which was acquired by Red McCombs Media at which point he served as President of the Performance division and managing the integration of both companies. Before founding sourceOut he directed the sales team for iVenturi, a software company spun-off by Dow Chemical and Andersen Consulting. He has also served as VP of Business Development at Ontero, a Web Portal provider, acted as a Director of Sales at LapJack Systems, a data security application, and developed and managed projects among some of the largest financial firms such as Salomon Smith Barney and Providian Financial.
Mr. Goren holds both Finance and Management Information Systems degrees from The University of Texas at Austin.
Grae Jones Executive Vice President - Technology
Graeme (Grae) Jones, has over 20 years of progressive IT management experience and maintains a "hands on" leadership role with emerging technologies. Recent responsibilities include leading the development group at Town & Country Credit, Vice President of Systems & Programming at WMC Direct, Chief Technology Officer at Gresham Financial, and Vice President of Information Systems at ReturnView, Inc.
Mr.Jones holds an MBA in Information Technology from the University of California, Irvine, a BS Information Systems Degree from Chapman University, a BS Degree in Business Administration & Management from Redlands University, and is a Microsoft Professional with MCDBA and MCSD certifications.
Ryan McArthur Executive Vice President
Ryan McArthur comes to US Interactive Media with a data and analytics background and exceptional credentials in the operation of comprehensive consumer databases and lead generation. He previously worked at Experian, a global leader in providing information, analytical tools and marketing services to organizations and consumers.
During his decade long service at Experian, he held various business and technology positions within operations, sales and marketing. Most recently, he was instrumental in the development and design of a consumer prospecting and account retention system that delivered dynamic analysis capabilities and decisioning flexibility for end-to-end campaign management.
Mr. McArthur attended the University of Arizona where he holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Information Systems.
Michelle Larsh Senior Vice President of Client Services
Michelle Larsh brings more than 25 years of direct marketing experience in developing strategic campaigns both online and offline for financial service, technology, software, telecommunications, non-profit and other organizations. She has led marketing teams on both the client and agency sides and has expertise in targeting both business-to-business and consumer audiences. She is a firm believer in developing a true partnership with clients to provide the highest level of value and service and is tenacious about constantly looking for ways to improve results.
Ms. Larsh has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Phoenix.
Lea Giaquinto Vice President of Media
Lea Giaquinto began at US Interactive Media in 2008 with previous experience in online marketing and education lead generation. Prior to US Interactive Media, she worked at Venture Direct Worldwide where she successfully managed the online education department which included a roster of over 150 clients. During her career at Venture Direct Worldwide, she was responsible for exceeding client expectations through implementing media strategies. Her responsibilities included, defining an audience for each unique client, identifying a strategy, creating a detailed media plan, executing the buy, and providing ongoing optimization and analysis.
Ms. Giaquinto received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Iona College.
Jeffrey Wu Vice President of Client Services and Strategy
Jeffrey Wu brings 18 years of experience working on both the client and agency-side, he likes to bring a holistic view to marketing and media. Wu has led brand strategy, integrated media and eCommerce for the world’s largest hotel and in one of the most competitive marketplaces for hospitality – Venetian | Palazzo in Las Vegas.
Mr. Wu received a Bachelor of Economics with a concentration in Marketing and Finance at the Wharton School of Business from the University of Pennsylvania.
